Hi Ken I used to jump rope and I KNOW it was beneficial but I just can't get myself started again. Uncoordinated, heavy feet, no spring, and double jumps with one rotation (opposite of double unders).

Make sure you're having fun with it. Keep things light and relax anything not being actively engaged. You got this!

Thanks for the encouragement. It's tough to have fun while your extra belly and butt fat are bouncing up and down uncontrollably lol. Gonna give it a few 30 seconds right now!
